Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy:

To best serve our clients we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so within at least 48 hours before your appointment is to start. Any appointment with Beyond the Mirror Salon not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time will prompt the implementation of BTM's cancellation policy. You will be charged $25 per canceled service(s), which must be paid before another appointment is scheduled. If an appointment is a no show, the entire service amount is due before scheduling another appointment.

 

​Redo Policy:

We strive to make sure you leave the salon with hair you love! We understand sometimes there are little adjustments that may need to be made. If you would like something regarding your service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving your scheduled appointment, we will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment. No refunds are made under any circumstance.

Product Exchanges:

If you purchase a product from Beyond the Mirror Salon and aren't happy with it, you are able to exchange the product for another product within 15 days of purchase.
